Welcome to the City of Roosevelt Park. The City of Roosevelt Park is located in the southwestern portion of the County of Muskegon and encompasses an area of one square mile. Roosevelt Park was declared an incorporated city on August 20, 1946.
Today the City is a blend of residential and commercial development with some light industry. The City of Roosevelt Park prides itself as being a good neighbor to the border Cities of Muskegon and Norton Shores. Residents of Roosevelt Park find themselves living in “A Proud Community”. Their pride is reflected in the condition of their homes and property.
As residents, they enjoy garbage and yard waste services and the many parks located within the City. Roosevelt Park has nine parks within its boundaries with each one being unique to its neighborhood. You may find tennis courts, playground equipment, a ball field or a gazebo.
The City has a strong commitment to its residents and continues to offer various events throughout the year. During the summer months the City offers an Arts & Crafts program for children at the Community Center Park.
A quarterly newsletter provides residents with the dates and times for each of these events. Each year the City hosts Roosevelt Park Day. Roosevelt Park Day is a celebration of the City and offers food, arts & crafts, music, parade, rides and games, and other activities for all ages.
